Quadrille Rosé is a luminous champagne with a pale orange pink hue and coppery pink glints.
At first sniff, Quadrille Rosé evokes the aromas of lemon, vineyard peach, almond, quince compote and orange. The aromatic palette gradually blossoms, offering up notes of wild strawberry, pear, raspberry, gooseberry, blackberry, biscuit, cherry, rose, pepper and marmalade.
Quadrille Rosé reveals a voluptuous body underpinned by a fleshy fruit acidity. The mid-palate is marked by a sand-and-clay minerality giving it a supple structure with plenty of fruity volume, opulence, a hint of salty sea air and a lingering presence on the palate. The overall impression develops succulently in a melting, fruity and slightly spicy finish.
